Tulowitzki (groin) runs bases at full speed

Troy Tulowitzki (groin) was cleared to run the bases at full speed Friday.
The Rockies are expected to limit Tulowitzki during spring training, but the 28-year-old hasn't reported any setbacks and plans to map out his schedule with first-year manager Walt Weiss soon. While it's widely expected that Tulo won't participate in the upcoming World Baseball Classic, there's still a chance he could be added to the Team USA roster.
