According to the Denver Post, Nolan Arenado will be "in the mix" for the Rockies' third base job.
The Rockies' top prospect, Arenado is in spring training as a non-roster invite, but is currently behind Chris Nelson and Jordan Pacheco at the major league level. While he's taken a step back from his breakout 2011, the 21-year-old has put together a strong offseason and could make an impact at some point in 2013.
