Orioles signed RHP Jair Jurrjens to a minor league contract with an invitation to spring training.
The two sides had originally agreed to a one-year, $1.5 million deal on January 24, but his physical became a lengthy process due to concerns about his right knee. Terms of this contract have not yet been disclosed, but it is expected to be incentive-laden. The veteran right-hander will compete for one of the final openings in the O's rotation during spring training.
