CC Sabathia to throw pen session Saturday

CC Sabathia (elbow) will throw his first spring training bullpen session on Saturday, not Thursday as originally reported.
Sabathia had said he was going to throw from the bump Thursday, but Yankees manager Joe Girardi said "there might have been a little confusion." The big left-hander underwent surgery in October to remove a small bone spur from his left elbow, but he'll be on a normal schedule this spring.
