Kiper: Te'o could jump back into top-10 talk

ESPN's Mel Kiper believes Notre Dame ILB Manti Te'o could jump back into the top-10 discussion with a good forty time.
"(NFL teams say) it's what he runs," Kiper added. We are highly skeptical of this, since Te'o looked like a late first-rounder on tape, even before the fake girlfriend fiasco happened. Still, the Irish linebacker will be one of the most watched prospects in Indy. Kiper suggested Baltimore and Tampa Bay as two possible destinations for Te'o.
