Michael Vick thinks he can run for 1K yards
Michael Vick - QB - Philadelphia Eagles
Feb. 12, 2013 - 12:20 PM ET

Michael Vick said he thinks he can run for 1,000 yards in Chip Kelly's offense.

"In 2006 I ran for 1,000 yards -- and it wasn't hard," Vick said. "I feel like I still can do that." It's wishful thinking. Entering his age-33 season, Vick is no longer lightning quick to the edge and gets caught from behind far too often. He's averaged just 1.7 yards per carry on designed runs over the last two seasons. Last year, Oregon QB Marcus Mariota only rushed 114 times in 13 games.
