ESPN's John Clayton says Steven Jackson would be "perfect" for the Packers' offense.
Jackson is tentatively expected to void the final year of his contract before free agency opens in March. At that point, we'd expect the Packers to show interest. Jackson has missed just two games over the last four seasons and has averaged 4.23 yards per carry over the last two years, proving there's still plenty of tread on his tires. Jackson fits in Green Bay thanks to his unique abilities as a pass-catcher and blocker.
