Gio Gonzalez denies taking PEDs

Gio Gonzalez said upon arriving to Nationals' camp on Tuesday that he has never taken performance-enhancing drugs.
Gonzalez was one of several players linked to Biogenesis, a Miami-area clinic which allegedly distributed performance-enhancing drugs. MLB is currently investigating the matter, but Gonzalez said Tuesday that he feels "very confident" about his case. The 27-year-old southpaw is set to pitch for Team USA in the upcoming World Baseball Classic.
