David Harris to restructure deal?
David Harris - LB - New York Jets
Feb. 12, 2013 - 9:25 AM ET

ESPN New York says ILB David Harris is a "prime candidate" to restructure his contract.

Harris is entering the third year of a four-year, $36 million contract he signed in August of 2011. He's owed $10.9 million in 2013 base salary, an untenable number considering his on-field performance and the Jets' cap situation. ProFootballFocus graded out Harris 48th among 53 qualified inside linebackers in 2012.
