Rams interview Tim Walton

The Rams interviewed Lions DBs coach Tim Walton for their defensive coordinator vacancy on Monday.
Walton has been the Detroit secondary coach since 2009. His units have obviously underwhelmed, as the Lions annually rank near or at the bottom of the NFL's pass defense ratings. Walton is familiar with defensive-minded Rams coach Jeff Fisher's scheme, though, after working under Jim Schwartz. Schwartz and Fisher spent a decade together in Tennessee and Houston.
