Matt Flynn available for a 'late-round pick'?

SI's Peter King believes Seahawks QB Matt Flynn could be had for a "late-round pick."
King appears to disagree with ESPN's John Clayton, who believes Flynn could fetch the Seahawks a "third- or fourth-round" pick. Yahoo's Jason Cole reported in January teams are "unwilling to trade" for Flynn because the expectation is that he will be released. Flynn's market, or lack thereof, might not begin to take shape until after the Scouting Combine and beginning of free agency. $2 million of Flynn's $5.25 million 2013 salary is guaranteed.
