Mike Napoli can earn $8 million in incentives

According to MLB.com's Evan Drellich, Mike Napoli can earn $8 million in incentives on his one-year deal with the Red Sox.
Napoli needs 165 days on the active roster to reach his full incentives package, but is also eligible for smaller bonuses based on plate appearances. Barring an early-season injury, he'll make more than the $5 million base salary he received from the Red Sox. His contract for 2013 has a max value of $13.5 million.
