Britt in Nashville for civil suit hearing

Kenny Britt was in Nashville Thursday to attend a judicial settlement hearing related to a lawsuit filed against him in 2011.
Britt is facing a civil suit filed by Harold E. Pointer following a scuffle outside the Karma Lounge nightclub. Although Britt is from Jersey, this is Nashville's "Karma" and not the same "Karma" frequented by MTV's Jersey Shore cast. Pointer alleges assault and battery by Britt and Bradford Miser, as well as negligence against the bar, and he is seeking $150,000 in damages. Police questioned Britt in connection with the incident, but never charged him.
