Saints hire Rob Ryan as their new DC

Saints hired Rob Ryan as their new defensive coordinator.
Ryan's name first appeared on the Saints' DC radar as a potential candidate earlier this week after he had briefly flirted with DC vacancy. Ryan faces the tall task of turning around the league's 32nd ranked defense in 2012. The Saints will transition to a 3-4 under Ryan, and will almost certainly have to revamp their front-seven personnel to fit the system change.
