Manningham likely out for most of camp

CSN Bay Area doesn't expect Mario Manningham (ACL, PCL surgery) to return before the "latter stages" of camp.
Even that might be bullish after Manningham went down in Week 16. Manningham is all but guaranteed to begin camp on active/PUP, and a definite candidate to spend the first six games of 2013 on reserve/PUP. Due roughly $4 million in salary and bonuses, it's not a given Manningham will be back in San Francisco at all.
