Giants decide to keep DT Shaun Rogers
Shaun Rogers - DL - New York Giants
Feb. 7, 2013 - 4:45 PM ET

Giants re-signed DT Shaun Rogers.

Details are unavailable, but it's likely a one-year deal with no guaranteed money. Rogers, who's a month shy of his 34th birthday, missed all of 2012 with a blood clot in his leg. The three-time Pro Bowler has made just five starts since the end of the 2009 season, and is nothing more than a depth signing for a team that released Chris Canty on Wednesday.
