Brewers' Eric Arnett undergoes knee surgery

Brewers pitching prospect Eric Arnett underwent surgery to repair a torn right ACL on Thursday morning.
The procedure will require a recovery time of 5-6 months, which means Arnett can be ruled out for the entire first half of the 2013 season. The former 26th overall pick has battled injuries throughout his professional career. He posted a 3.56 ERA, 1.40 WHIP and 61/31 K/BB ratio across 60 2/3 innings last season in High-A ball.
