Report: Kelly not as high on Foles as thought

CBS' Mike Freeman has been told that coach Chip Kelly is "not as high on [Nick] Foles as some believe."
The Eagles' quarterback situation grows more interesting by the day. Kelly has one more month to evaluate Michael Vick and decide if he wants to attempt a contract renegotiation. Meanwhile, there's been speculation that Foles isn't a fit for the up-tempo scheme despite Kelly's words otherwise. Freeman says not to be shocked if the Eagles make a run at Alex Smith.
