David Wilson and Andre Brown are expected to be used in a timeshare going forward.
From the Brandon Jacobs/Derrick Ward days to the Jacobs/Ahmad Bradshaw era, coach Tom Coughlin has a long history of committee backfields. Wilson and Brown form their own version of "fire and ice," with the explosive second-year man more likely to get the first crack at the starting job. Brown, who impressively scored eight touchdowns in 10 games last year, is a better bet for short-yardage and goal-line work. Both backs will have plenty of upside now that Bradshaw has been handed his pink slip.
