Collins says Francisco will be Mets' closer
Frank Francisco - R - New York Mets

Mets manager Terry Collins insisted Wednesday night that Frank Francisco will serve as the Mets' closer.

Mets general manager Sandy Alderson left the door open for Bobby Parnell when asked about the club's ninth-inning job earlier this week. But it's a decision that ultimately comes down to Collins, and he seems to have faith in Francisco -- at least, for now. "He is the closer," Collins told columnist Kevin Kernan of the New York Post. Both pitchers are worth grabbing on draft day.
