Eagles eligible to sign Dennis Dixon Monday

The Eagles will be eligible to sign Ravens practice squad QB Dennis Dixon on Monday.
The Eagles are allowed to talk to Dixon ' which they have done ' but teams have exclusive rights to their practice squad players for one week following the conclusion of their season. However, Dixon will be free to sign with whomever he wants beginning Monday, regardless of whether the Ravens offer him a contract. He's widely expected to end up in Philadelphia.
