Giants are expected to retain RFA Andre Brown
Andre Brown - RB - New York Giants
Feb. 6, 2013 - 11:10 AM ET

The Giants are expected to bring back restricted free agent RB Andre Brown.

Before breaking his leg in Week 12, Brown was a revelation for the Giants. The physical power back averaged 5.27 yards per carry and scored eight TDs in just 10 games. If the Giants give Brown an original-round one-year tender, the 2009 fourth-rounder would earn $1.323 million in 2013. A second-round tender would cost $2.023 million. If potential cap casualty Ahmad Bradshaw ends up sticking, expect a three-man committee that also features explosive prospect David Wilson.
