Carson Palmer needs to restructure deal

ESPN's Bill Williamson believes Carson Palmer will have to take a pay cut this offseason.
Palmer is fully expected to return as Oakland's starter in 2013. But he's owed $13 million, far too much for a player that has gone 8-16 as a starter over the last two seasons while throwing 35 touchdowns against 30 interceptions. The Raiders are currently over next year's projected salary cap.
