Browns re-signing Dawson is 'not happening'

ESPN Cleveland's Tony Grossi says the Browns re-signing impending free agent K Phil Dawson is "not happening."
Dawson, 38, was the team's "franchise" player the last two seasons, but it sounds like the Browns want to get younger. Dawson went on to make 29-of-31 field goals and all 29 extra points in 2012, making his first Pro Bowl. He's drilled 14-of-15 field goals from 50-plus yards over the last two seasons, so he has some juice left in his leg.
