Ireland has 'high hopes' for WR Matthews

Dolphins GM Jeff Ireland said he has high hopes for WR Rishard Matthews in 2013.
Matthews, a 2012 seventh-round pick out of Nevada, played in eight games as a rookie, starting the season finale. He caught just 11 passes for 151 yards, but our Week 17 game charter noted Matthews showed "route-running chops" and "deceptive vertical speed." He still shouldn't open next season as any higher than the No. 4 receiver.
