Scout: T Joeckel is the 'safest pick' in 2013

An anonymous scout believes Texas A&M T Luke Joeckel is the safest pick in the 2013 NFL Draft.
"The system helps him out a lot there," the unnamed scout said. "They get the ball out so fast, and when they do have pressure, the guy (Johnny Manziel) just runs all over." We would add that defensive ends were so worried about losing contain that their pass rushing lines were very tentative at times. "When you factor (Joeckel's) movement and intangibles, though, it does not get much better."
