ESPN New York mentions Matt Flynn and impending free agents Matt Moore and Tarvaris Jackson as the veteran quarterback options for the Jets.
Flynn is the most notable name and will cost the most, but he also has the least experience. He's the youngest of the bunch by a year, and GM John Idzik knows him from last season in Seattle. It's likely that Flynn can be had for a mid- to late-round pick. Idzik also knows Jackson from Seattle, but Moore would likely be the better option. Moore put up a respectable 87.1 QB rating while starting 12 games in 2011 for the Dolphins.
