Manuel: Would like to play for Eagles, Chiefs

Florida State QB E.J. Manuel singled out the Eagles and Chiefs as two teams he hopes will draft him in April.
Obviously Manuel started the conversation answering with "every team," but was intrigued by Chip Kelly's offense at Oregon and what he might bring to Philadelphia. The Chiefs were mentioned due to Andy Reid's history of developing quarterbacks, along with their claim of the first overall pick.
