Hartline seems to be one of the few Dolphins free agents that the team has actually shown interest in re-signing, so he's not guaranteed to hit the market. But, he would be a nice addition on the outside opposite Calvin Johnson, and would be a massive upgrade on late-season starter Kris Durham. Nate Burleson, Ryan Broyles, and Mike Thomas are better suited for the slot, and Titus Young is likely on the outs. Hartline is said to be seeking $6 million annually.
