Former Cardinals GM Rod Graves believes Kevin Kolb has starting-caliber ability, but the coaching staff needs to adapt to "what he's capable of doing."
Graves said if new coach Bruce Arians can get Kolb "to an area of comfort," the team may have its quarterback answer. Comfort is not a word often associated with Kolb. Both of Kolb's seasons with Arizona have been shortened by injury, and Arians has acknowledged the need to improve the pass protection. According to Graves, Arians will need to do a whole lot more for Kolb to succeed.
