Arians yet to start evaluating Kevin Kolb
Kevin Kolb - QB - Arizona Cardinals
Feb. 1, 2013 - 2:10 PM ET

New coach Bruce Arians says the team hasn't even started evaluating Kevin Kolb, yet.

"I've seen enough film to know that he is good enough, but we have to protect him a lot better," said Arians. "When he is healthy, he has had some good moments. He has had some not-so-good moments. We have to run the ball better." Arians offered some thoughts on the type of passing game he'll implement by saying, "With the receiving crew we have, we would be crazy not to put the ball upfield." That's not Kolb's strong suit. It's a given that Kolb will have to restructure his prohibitive $11 million due to him in 2013 if he wants to return.
