Bills DT Alex Carrington's 2013 salary jumped from $575,000 to $1.323 million based on rookie-deal incentives.
Carrington has appeared in all 32 games over the last two seasons, starting six. After being drafted as a defensive end out of Arkansas State in the third round of the 2010 draft, the Bills moved Carrington inside in 2012. He responded by recording 19 tackles and two sacks as a rotational lineman. Carrington's most memorable play from 2012 was the hit he laid on Kevin Kolb in Week 6, knocking him out for the season with broken ribs.
