Decker sparks performance-based bonus for '13

Eric Decker's 2013 salary jumped from $575,000 to $1.323 million based on rookie-deal incentives.
Decker posted a career year in 2012 with Peyton Manning entering the fold. The 2010 third-rounder caught just 50 passes in his first two seasons before exploding for 85 catches, 1,064 yards, and 13 touchdowns this past year. The touchdown total was second-best in the NFL in 2012. Decker is entering the final year of his deal and will be an extremely safe fantasy pick in 2013.
