Dodgers, Jays, others watched Lowe throw

ESPN's Jerry Crasnick reports that the Dodgers, Blue Jays, Angels, Tigers, Orioles, Brewers and A's watched Mark Lowe and Ryan Rowland-Smith throw Wednesday.
Several other clubs were in attendance at the workout in Peoria, Arizona. Lowe posted a decent 3.43 ERA and 28/13 K/BB ratio in 39 1/3 innings last season for the Rangers. Rowland-Smith spent the summer at Triple-A.
