Saints OT Brown's salary gets slight boost

Saints OT Charles Brown's 2013 base salary increased from $575,000 to $630,000 after he hit escalators in his rookie deal.
Brown started three games in 2012 at right tackle in place of Zach Strief, but Brown suffered a knee injury and ended the season on injured reserve. The former second-round pick out of USC enters the final year of his contract and should return as the swing tackle for the Saints.
