Patriots DE Jermaine Cunningham's 2013 salary jumped from $575,000 to $630,000 based on rookie-deal incentives.
Cunningham has appeared in 36 games over his first three seasons, but he can be classified as a bust after notching just 3.5 sacks over that span. The Patriots wasted the No. 53 overall pick in 2010 on the former Florida Gator. Cunningham was also popped with a four-game PED suspension in 2012. He'll be on the roster bubble this summer.
