Panthers OT Campbell triggers escalator

Panthers OL Bruce Campbell's 2013 salary jumped from $575,000 to $630,000 based on rookie-deal incentives.
Campbell appeared in five games for the Panthers in 2012 after being acquired from the Raiders in exchange for RB Mike Goodson last offseason. Campbell, if you remember, was a workout warrior at the 2010 Scouting Combine. He's never started a game and remains a project going on age 25.
