That does not mean holding the ball until 2.5, waiting for someone to get open." Kelly went on to say that "every sack is the quarterback's fault." It's perhaps a bad sign for Michael Vick, who has taken 85 sacks in his last 35 games. Kelley is expected to evaluate his quarterback decision over the next few weeks before making a decision on how to proceed. The $3 million the Eagles owe Vick on Feb. 6 will not serve as a deadline.
