Eagles not expected to decide on Vick by 2/6

The Eagles are not expected to make a decision on Michael Vick by February 6.
The February 6 date is important because that's the day $3 million of Vick's $15.5 million base salary for 2013 becomes guaranteed. CBS' Jason La Canfora's sources say the Eagles are not concerned by the deadline, and coach Chip Kelly is still evaluating how/if Vick fits into his spread offense. La Canfora suspects the Eagles could trade Vick after the new league year begins on March 12.
