Ryan Newman's crew chief wins Moog award

Matt Borland, crew chief on the No. 39 Chevrolet SS driven by Ryan Newman in the Sprint Cup Coca-Cola 600 at Charlotte Motor Speedway wins the Moog Problem Solver of the Race award.

The award goes to the crew chief that improves the most from first half of the race to the second half utilizing the 40 best lap times (improved 0.327 seconds). Newman started the race in 10th place and finished in sixth. He is currently 16th in the 2013 Sprint Cup point standings.
