Mayock: 'Hearing' QB Manuel in the 3rd-4th rd

The NFL Network's Mike Mayock commented during the Senior Bowl that he is hearing FSU QB E.J. Manuel is expected to be selected in the third- or fourth-round.
We wouldn't be surprised to see Manuel selected in the second-round or even late int he fourth. Teams will coin Manuel an "upside" pick, and hopefully he doesn't land in a situation where he is asked to play early on. The game moves too fast for Manuel right now, but he has intriguing tools.
