Clayton Kershaw said his representatives have yet to engage in extension talks with the Dodgers.

The Dodgers are expected to approach the left-hander about the possibility of an extension sometime before spring training, but it obviously hasn't happened yet. "We'll see," Kershaw said. "I don't have any expectations." Kershaw will make $11 million in 2013 and will be arbitration-eligible for the final time next winter before hitting free agency. He and Justin Verlander could compete to be the first pitcher to net a $200 million contract.
