Ramon Hernandez to play in WBC

Ramon Hernandez (hamstring) will play for his native Venezuela in the World Baseball Classic.
Hernandez is coming back from September surgery to repair a ruptured left hamstring tendon, but the recovery has obviously gone well enough that he feels comfortable playing in the WBC. The Rockies on Thursday added some insurance behind Hernandez and Wilin Rosario when they signed Yorvit Torrealba.
