Justin Upton - OF - Arizona Diamondbacks
Jan. 24, 2013 - 10:00 AM ET

According to FOX Sports' Ken Rosenthal, the Braves are "close to acquiring" outfielder Justin Upton.

Rosenthal says the two sides are working through the "final details" of the swap. Upton, 25, has batted .284/.363/.481 with 48 home runs, 155 RBI and 39 stolen bases over the last two seasons in Arizona. He carries immense potential and should plenty motivated on a roster with his older brother. The Diamondbacks are getting Randall Delgado and a few other prospects in return.
