Ireland has had 'numerous' talks with LT Long

Dolphins GM Jeff Ireland says he's had "numerous" conversations with impending free agent LT Jake Long.
"Jake [Long] has a decision to make, we have a decision to make. It's a very, very difficult decision, complicated negotiation," Ireland said. Ireland also wouldn't rule out using the franchise tag this season. Long made $11.2 million in 2012, and the tentative franchise number for offensive tackles in 2013 is a $9.66 million.
