Jordan Swagerty a 'full-go'

Cardinals pitching prospect Jordan Swagerty (elbow) said he's a "full-go" after missing last season following Tommy John surgery.
Swagerty met with the team's medical staff on Sunday in order to gain clearance for a normal approach to spring training, which he received. A 2010 second-round pick, the 23-year-old posted a 1.83 ERA and 89/23 K/BB ratio over 93 2/3 innings in 2011 across three levels. The Cards aren't sure whether he'll be a starter or reliever, but he's one of many interesting arms in the system, regardless of his ultimate role.
