Aqib Talib hints he'll test free agent market
Aqib Talib - DB - New England Patriots
Jan. 23, 2013 - 11:05 PM ET

Impending free agent CB Aqib Talib hinted Monday he's planning to test the open market.

"That's the business side of the business," Talib said. "Definitely enjoyed my time (in New England), we'll see what happens in the future." Talib was inconsistent after making his Pats debut in Week 11, but his absence was glaring after he departed Sunday's AFC title game with a thigh injury. Talib is still only 26, and has shutdown upside. His ever present off-the-field issues could limit him to one-year offers in free agency, however.
