Dolphins owner Stephen Ross told the Miami Herald that he "knows" the Fins must add playmakers on offense this offseason.
"We'll see what's out there," said Ross, whose Dolphins are armed with as much salary cap space as any team in football. "We know we have to become more explosive." The Dolphins would like to have free agent Brian Hartline back, ideally as a No. 2 receiver. Mike Wallace, Dwayne Bowe, and Greg Jennings should all be on Ross' radar as potential No. 1s.
