Ryan the only known DC candidate for Rams

Ex-Cowboys DC Rob Ryan is the only known candidate for the defensive-coordinator vacancy with the Rams.
As previously reported, Ryan is in town to meet with coach Jeff Fisher on Saturday. Other names lightly linked to the opening were Romeo Crennel, Lovie Smith, Dave Wannstedt, and Dick Jauron, but league sources tell the St. Louis Post-Dispatch that they are not in the mix. All signs point to Ryan getting the gig.
