Cardinals hired Colts OL coach Harold Goodwin as offensive coordinator.

Goodwin has worked alongside Arians since 2007, but has been an offensive line coach his entire professional career. Goodwin is going to be the Cardinals' coordinator in name only, as Arians is going to serve as his own offensive boss. Arians said at his introductory presser he plans to call plays on Sundays.
